Nova Camp CIC Leadership
Our organisation is run by three directors, Hendrinah who is in holds the position of Artist and Repertoire (A&R) Executive, Isaacs Jefferson Phiri who is the Marketing; Public Relations and Digital (MPR&D) Executive and Ayisha who is our Communication and Events Executive (C&E).

Hendrinah Muzanenhamo
Artist and Repertoire Executive (A&R)
Hendrinah Ruvimbo is an executive leader, entrepreneur, and the Co-Founder and Director of Nova Camp CIC. With a diverse background spanning e-commerce, healthcare administration, and event logistics, Hendrinah brings a multi-disciplinary approach to creative empowerment and social impact.
Dedicated to the principle of "lifting as we climb," she is a passionate advocate for dismantling barriers to entry in the arts and building sustainable, long-term pathways for emerging talent.
Isaacs Jefferson Phiri
Marketing; Public Relations and Digital Executive (MPR&D)
Isaacs is a Designer, who graduated with an undergrad in Graphic Design from the University of Chester and a Masters In Design for Communication from the University of Salford with years of experience in the media sector (film and cinema) and a freelance designer and the owner of Chinyauu.
Ayisha Chikwana
Communication and Events Executive
Ayisha is the Communications and Events Executive at Nova Camp CIC, where she supports the development of the organisation’s brand, community engagement and creative initiatives. With a strong interest in business, finance and event management, Ayisha brings an organised, strategic and people-focused approach to her role, helping to turn ideas into meaningful experiences and opportunities.
Passionate about bringing people together through music, creativity and community, Ayisha is committed to supporting Nova Camp’s mission of empowering emerging artists, creating inclusive opportunities and making a positive social impact.
